Glacier Question

I installed the Glacier App - everything works so far! But one thing is unclear to me:

- Where is the information about my backup jobs stored?

If you are in the situation that your NAS crashes - and you need to reinstall everything the APP is blank. In this case you will NOT be able to restore the data...

BTW I learned that the hard way with my last NAS...

It stores the meta data (information about the structure and file names etc) in Glacier, along with all your backed up data.

You can easily do a full restore to any QNAP device.
