Reading a shared folder from an external network device

Post by Atmel »

Hi,
how to read a shared folder another NAS to QNAP in the same network? It seems to me that there aren’t client softwares to do that. Thanks.

Ok. Thanks.
The mount works fine, but I need to start a folder copy from my external nas to qnap, without a always-on PC. What can I do?

Once, hourly, daily, ... What other services are available?

Spend more time writing down the use case...

Have an eye on the QNAP Applications -> Backup Station -> Remote Replication ... no need to mount the other unknown NAS shared folder, access by FTP, rsync, ..
