Bricked ts412 after Restart

Hi All,

Thought everything was sorted this morning after having spent days sorting out transfer of data to new (3 week old) TS412 from old STORA. Then sudden slowdown and I checked the system stats and the CPU use maxed out, so I restarted. Then nothing. Status light flashes Red/Green and flickering yellow LAN light.

Have tried the advised Firmware Recovery but whether I run it from startup or in VMWare no dice. Startup doesn't get as far as Login as it stalls at Busybox, whereas VMWare asks for login then times out and asks again. Neither get on with the job of sorting the reinstall.

So pretty unhappy and will be getting onto QNAP themselves, but hoping someone out there will be more helpful and quicker than QNAP.
