Position: Technical Support Representative I
QNAP is seeking for dedicated and motivated employees who are looking for a career in customer service / technical support located in Benelux, Italy, Nordic, Spain, Australia and are looking to work with QNAP leading NAS and provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis.

Job Description
1. Front line support via live chat, email, telephones, and remote access.
2. Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their NAS in networking environment.
3. Provide technical support for level one escalation issues via helpdesk.
4. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language.
• Familiar with Network application, Storage, and Linux. Backup application and server virtualization is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
