To help us understand your questions better and serve you faster, please kindly provide the following information when submitting your questions in the support section.
  • Model name
  • Firmware version and Build Number
  • Operation System (OS)
  • OS Language
  • Number of HDDs
  • HDD model
  • HDD capacity
  • RAID configuration
  • Services enabled, e.g. Download Station, DDNS, FTP, NFS
  • External devices, e.g. USB printer, e-SATA drive
  • NAS connection speed/ MTU (found in Network Settings>TCP/IP page)

A recommendation for those of us slightly less technical - a brief guide on how to get the non-obvious data.

In my case,
-how do i find the Network Bandwidth/MTU figure you want?
-what services are you interested in? Services on users machine, or on the QNap product? There are *tons* of things that Windows runs as services, so maybe an exclusion list (Don't report htese) might be good...
TS-201 with 2 x Hitachi 7K500 = 1 TB in RAID 1 (Thanks KENT!)
