Cannot login normal

Hello,

I seem to have login problems with the forum.
I was using Tapatalk on a few Android devices to watch this forum, but since shortly I am unable to us it.
-I have exceeded the max number of failed attempts
-was able to get here just by deleting some text in the URL leaving the forum.qnap.com
-if I can post here, this should mean I was able to get it, ain't that strange
-I can ask to have a new password send to me, but do not receive any mail
-if I try to enter the password I just set in the control panel I am told it is wrong

Is this a known issue. As I would actually just like to use the forum for what it is for, not to struggle getting in.

Sorry if this ain't the right place, just couldn't find a fitting place.

Looks like it is solved now.

Have used two different browsers on my PC. Tried to log in parallel in both and after I finally got one of them to tell me I should provide ID, PW & captiva, the problem seem to have gone.
A login with Tapatalk (which does not show the captiva) is possible again.
