Filestation bandwidth Problem

I have a problem with the bandwidth usage in the File Station
currently my Nas is connected to a 200/100 Mbit fiber line.
but when accessed externally on the device you do not get the bandwidth that is available. Only 1.5 to 2 MB / s

does anyone here have an idea why this is
