Dear Sir/Madam,
As recently export my all photos to one directory (it is above 160000 photos inside the directory), I cannot open all those files in my TS-220 NAS file manager, error windows was pop-up when i access that directory.
Is any limitation of files within one directory or other problems, please help.

Could you post the error message?
have you tried to create another folder, in the same way you created the other one, but then adding just some hundreds of photos? This way you could know if the problem is because of the amount of files within the folder, or it is another problem, maybe related to permissions or similar.
