Good on you, I just hope you won't be disappointed. Many people do not seem to understand that many of these speed tests (and Windows 8.x) are multi-threaded down/uploads that give completely different results than a single threaded wget. You are really comparing apples to oranges here.
If you would use Aria2 you could at least get a more objective comparison as that command line downloader is capable of handling multiple download threads of the same file.

Let's not forget that I'm sure the laptop had a much faster processor and more memory than the TS-220. Apples and oranges, indeed.
Use the forum search feature before posting.
Use RAID and external backups. RAID will protect you from disk failure, keep your system running, and data accessible while the disk is replaced, and the RAID rebuilt. Backups will allow you to recover data that is lost or corrupted, or from system failure. One does not replace the other.
