Login and reset problem

Postby Sergesoip » Thu Sep 13, 2012 7:04 pm

Hello there,

Can anyone help me please? I've got a TS419U and I cannot login to the webconfig! Tried all I know so far, rest start with and without HDD even tried to make a ISO file like I read on one of the sites.
I can see the NAS in the Finder and it gets an IP address from DHCP. When I connect the page shows errors and can't do anything

Can anyone help me solving this issue?

What do the error messages say?
What URL are you attempting to use to access your NAS WebConfig?
What is the IP address of your NAS?

The WebConfig usually lives at: http://NAS-IP:8080/

Patrick.
