Evening All

Had my NAS for about 2 years, been using it fine, but you know what I've changed my PC and lost all my web/network places links and guess what....cant remember a single password.

Have used H/W reset (3 seconds) and Admin/password doesn't work on my QMultimedia folders

Have somehow managed to add a new user via QNAP finder but still cant see any of my data in QMultimedia folder

The way I've fixed this before on mine was to.....

Create a new user and within that process it allows me to create a personal share folder by selecting 'yes'. Instead of specifing the path automatically, select enter path manually - click within that box and it brings up the whole list of folders on the drive. You should be able to select the ones you can on longer see. Once you've done that you can go in to folder maintenance and add other users to those folders too and delete the new user if you wish.
