Just bought a QNAP TS-412 and 3 2TB Seagate Green Drives

Had my QNAP TS-412 drive and pretty impressed by it so far.
Just having trouble getting QNAP to talk to my ZyXEL P662 router to configure UPnP so I thought I would come to the forums for help.

If I remember right ... the P-662 has the ZyNOS ZyWALL firewall built-in, pure UPnP port forwarding alone is not sufficient - you also need to configure the firewall accordingly.

Firewall wise, do I need to open UPnP incoming or outgoing ports?
