Cannot empty network recycle bin!

I have QNAP TS-459 Pro and the latest firmware. It has RAID5 (4x1Tb WD Black -series disks). It's been used for an ARCServe backup drive and network recycle bin has been enabled. ARCserve has rotation job configured and those old out-dated backups are in network recycle bin. I have 4Mb disk space only left! If i try to empty the recycle bin from QNAP it seems that it does what it should do, but after few minutes it just logs me out and when i log in i can see that disk space is still full because of that recycle bin! I cannot delete those files. I have booted the device, disabled the recycle bin. No go!

Just noticed that it wont even reboot. It says rebooting now but nothing really happens. What's wrong whit this?

I have the same problem. I have contacted tech support, but so far no reply.

Did you find a solution? I would be grateful if you can share it if you did.

If I get a response from tech support I will post it on here.

I had the same problem.
Tried emptying the NRB numerous times but it always showed up with the same size.
Noted another thread and went to 'Access right management' found the NRB listed, clicked on the 'refresh' button and the NRB immediately went to 4kb from 265Gb.
Went to 'disk usage' in the Resource monitor section and the NRB had disappeared and the space had been re-allocated to the 'empty space'

Exact het zelfde probleem en ook via 'Toegangsrechtenbeheer', 'Privé Gedeelde Map' en de 'Ververs' button van Network Recycle Bin 1 en Network Recycle Bin 2 het probleem opgelost.
TS-239 Firmware versie: 3.6.1 Build 0302T

Exactly the same problem and also with "Access right management" and the "refresh" button solved the problem.
