This would be a great thing, even if it supported the basic Zarafa, home users could use this too.

I dont see anything on Qnaps website about this, could be a few months, perhaps a year before they develop and test the software.

Does Qnap read/reply to these? Perhaps a quick email to the support may answer this.

Zimbra which used to be owned by Yahoo was such a failure. My company have had mailboxes hosted by them and we'd constant problems/stability issues. Yahoo told us off eventually as they couldn't get support from Zimbra itself and flogged the bugger to VMware...

I would steer well away from that.

Well, if you say so... ...and QNAP already choosed Zafara... ...that is probably what will be available in the future.

I have looked for new news about this regularly on google and on both QNAP's and Zafara's homepages but I can't see find anything, what is happening?

QNAP, can you please give some hint in what direction you are planning to take this?

Hi,

I've had contact to a Sales Guy from Zarafa. He tells me that Zarafa would like to release a Qnap Package, but
they don't have the Recources to drive this initially.
He also promised me that Zarafa will support directly, intensive and personally any approach from the Qnap
Community. So if somebody has the recources and the knowledge to drive this together with Zarafa.
Here are a first contact:

> +49 (511) 22001980
> Mail: sales@zarafaserver.de

If you need a kind of "non-development" Support feel free to contact me.
