QRapid - A Qnap mass download scheduler. Rapidshare support!

Hi,

I developed a small utility that helps send to your QNap download station multiple download tasks at the same time. It was developed mainly for Rapidshare support, but other download servers should be ok. It is not designed to replace QGet, but to cooperate with it. So you can just run it, paste your links, submit them to your qnap, exit the app, and continue monitoring your downloads as you used to.

QRapid requires Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 to run.

EDIT: There have been reported a problem with the latest firmware 2.1.0 build 0904 when downloading links from rapidshare. This has nothing to do with the utility, but with the firmware it self. Qnap has corrected this issue on their new beta version (v2.1.1 0925).

but, just a quick question:

assuming i want to download multiple files via rapidshare:
1. do i paste the rapidshare links at once?
2. what about the waiting time?

1. Yes you paste all your links, enter your rapidshare account details on the username / password fields, and click "GO".
2. I'm not sure that I can understand your question... There is no waiting time for Qrapid to send the links to your Qnap. It takes a few seconds. If you mean download time, that depends on your internet connection.

with the waiting time i meant the free users' waiting time but when you say that there is a field for username and pw i see it's for premium user.

I don't think this would work with a non-premium account.

Free users can't use Rapidshare support sorry... This is a limitation of the Rapidshare service (they don't permit download managers on free users) not of the program.

Yes, it doesn't need Qget installed at all.

I assume it has been written in C#?

I'd love to try to convert it to a php script so I can access it anywhere in the world and add rapidshare downloads. It is annoying to always carry around a USB stick with all these small clever apps
