Last sunday (15/1) we've got this error :

/share/Qdownload is not ready for Download Station.
The default share Qweb is not found. Apache httpd start failed.
[RAID5 Disk Volume: Drive 1 2 3 4] RAID device is inactive.
[RAID5 Disk Volume: Drive 1 2 3 4] Hot-remove drive 1 failed.
Drive 1 plugged out.
[RAID5 Disk Volume: Drive 1 2 3 4] RAID device is inactive.
System started.
The system was not shut down properly last time.
[RAID5 Disk Volume: Drive 1 2 3 4] Start rebuilding.
[RAID5 Disk Volume: Drive 1 2 3 4] Recovering journal.
[RAID5 Disk Volume: Drive 1 2 3 4] Drive 4 has been added into Volume 1.
System started.

I use 4 x 1TB Seagate 7200 rpm SATA with RAID 5

I tried rebooting, but it's still in the same state. What should I do??
I have submitted online support on QNAP Website, hope that any engineer can pull out my important data back without any LOSE data,
before it crash. Please!
