I tried rebooting, but it's still in the same state. What should I do??
I have submitted online support on QNAP Website, hope that any engineer can pull out my important data back without any LOSE data,
before it crash. Please!

I think Drive 1 and 4 has gone bad at the same time (gosh!)
Is replacing Drive 1 and 4 will return back all the data?

After remoted by QNAP Engineer, he also gave up to fix and give suggestion to recover my data to some recovery vendor
And I did, successfully recover all the data.
Now I'm very concern with data on NAS, then I bought Storageworks server to replace the NAS.. :?
