Firefly - really, is this product as polished as the QNAP itself appears to be? Really?

To me it looks like there is no easy way to update it, it's FAQ is poorly written, and is actually incorrect about numerous settings within Firefly itself.

Is it (Firefly) really good enough to be pre-installed on these expensive and "quality" appliances?

I can't even get Firefly to remember the settings I put in - if I choose any other username than admin I get locked out and have to start from the beginning, it will not accept any music path I put in it unless it matches the library path, be it a non existent path or not - and even then, it won't save it when I go back to check it's saved.

Essentially, it doesn't work, at-all, the FAQ isn't sufficient to fix it, and I can't update it.

I should add - the pre-set username "admin" does not appear correspond AT ALL to the "admin" user of the QNAP - not documented ANYWHERE.
