Buying a NAS drive in the USA for use in the UK

I'd like to buy a QNAP TS-419P II from Amazon.com (described on Amazon as TS-419P-II-US) in America (I travel to the US often). However I live in the UK and would like to use it in the UK. Is there any reason why I cant do this?
Obviously I'd need to change the plug, but other than that, I think the external power supply works from 100V to 240V.
Can you advise?

Hi Andy,
Yes, QNAP NAS power adapter can work 100v - 240v. You just need to change the plug/connector type.
