My users recently complained to me that when they trying to go to the "Cloud" at http://www.mycloudnas.com its takes more then ones refreshing the browser in order to get to the page. Is there any way to fix the issue,,,,

Yeah, bug QNAP to fix it. Someone also complained it has been down for a while altogether.

Yes you defintely can do exactly that.

You can also do both! This has the advantage that if one fails you can use the other.
