469-Pro HDMI port

I'm in the market to buy a new NAS to replace an aging Readynas. I noticed the new 469 Pro has an HDMI port on the back. I'd like to know whether this port will provide full HD video playback if I connect a display, much like the Thecus 4800.

Yes, but not with the current firmware yet. We have seen Boxee, XBMC, DVB-T reception, ... already. Don't know what (and when) this will become availab le.
