Disk LED always blinking for HDD2

Hello Ive just bought a Qnap TS209 NAS server

I've installed 2 HDD Samsung of 500Gb each.
The latest HDD2 is not detected by NAS in Device Configuration/SATA Disk page(I can't see it).Also the light on the Qnap console concerning this disk is always blinking. What can i do ?

I just happened to find your company web site on the internet and wished to ask you some questions.
First of all :
I finally received my Qnap server yesterday along with 2 Samsung 500Gb HDD.
I managed to install the Qnap finder all along but it only recognise HDD1 while HDD2 disk LED light blinks, I thought it would end blinking at some moment in time
but it doesn't, and my second disk is still not being recognised.

Are you using v1.1.5?
