4.1.3 :google drive sync replaced with google cloud storage?

Post by steve-mowbray »

It appears that the Google Drive Sync app has disappeared and the Google Cloud Storage app has appeared in version 4.1.3 - is this correct?

How do I get Google Cloud Storage to sync my TS-110 (google drive) folder to Google Drive? Or even better is there a way to find the Google Drive Sync app in 4.1.3?

Thanks
Steve

NO!
Google drive sync dont work with qnap anymore.

(Synology works OK and support onedrive, etc.)

Thanks for that - explains all

So looks like I need to wait for 4.2 firmware to get my Google Drive synchronisation going again

Cheers

wouldn't hold my breath. Google Drive can be read on 4.2, but writing always fail.. and no option to sync at all.

QNap helpdesk toll to me 3.9.2015:

"the google drive sync app was taken off because google's linux api was taken off so our team is working on a new app"

I asked about the timetable. They sayd this or next month.
