Which FTP client are your using?
And can you share with me the ip address of the FTP server privately? So we can connect to check and let you know our findings. Thank you.

using Filezilla, which suppose the FTP server should response "UTF8" when issue an commane FEAT, without that response, it will treat the FTP site as non-unicode

Yes we confirm that our FTP is lack of ability to repond to that and it's been added to the next major firmware release towards the end of next month. for now maybe forcing the client to UTF-8
