Stuck in Setup at 99%, fixed by reboot?

I am having a similar problem. My TS-431P3 ran into problems during a recent power outage. Following instructions, I powered it off using the front power button, pulled the drives, powered on, waited for it to appear in Qfinder, then put the drives back in. Went through the setup process, got to the page where I choose "Restore factory settings." Picked that, speedometer gets to 99% and hangs. Left it overnight last night, still at 99%. Tried a suggestion elsewhere on this forum to try to use the original IP address. Did not work. The IP address I originally assigned is not the one showing up in Qfinder. When I try to change the configuration using the configuration button (d'oh), Qfinder crashes. Help!
