Cannot send Support Ticket

Hello,

i have a problem with hyper data protector and want's to open a support ticket. But i cannot send a Support Ticket to QNAP. Every Time i get a failure message:

Fehler 2021-01-30 17:49:07 admin 127.0.0.1 Helpdesk Help Request [Helpdesk] Failed to submit ticket due to poor internet connection.

I tried it via the support website but i receive also a failure message:

Unable to create ticket.

I don't know how i can contact the Support.

if u cant use the inbuilt qts helpdesk, then u need to go here and report from the website instead
https://service.qnap.com/


they also have a technical support hotline you can call if you want, although you should tell them your ticket number so they know which case to refer.

by the way usually if your qnap cannot get internet connectivity, could be something blocking it. from my experience, things like the virtual switch misconfiguration, or firewall is blocking it.

Hi,

i have tried to send it via service.qnap.com but i get also a failure message: " unable to create ticket"?!
I think the support ticket will be send from qnap nas to the support via https or does it send through another port?

Same problem here. Creating a ticket from the QNAP NAS and trying to do one from the website (at https://service.qnap.com/en-us/user/create-ticket) both fail.

It looks from your picture that you are in the USA. You can email me and I can ask support to reach out to you if you are not able to submit a ticket.

thats weird. if it's not a unique problem, then it must be very recent issue. because i had around a week or so ago created a ticket on the service website and it worked.

hopefully they fix that then
