Attached are the images, remember this is not on the TS-251 but a TVS 882, any help in making this boot disk and getting the BIOS updated would be a great help.

In the devices manager, there is : "High definition audio device"
In the audio devices list, there is : "Digital audio (HDMI) Not connected"
If I click on the audio icon, there is:"Speaker Configuration: UNKNOWN"
The HDMI cable is plugged in and the display is ok.
Hi favancini,

I'm exactly in the same situation 2 years later, ¿how did you solve it?
I'm sure that i put the correct sound driver but the hdmi audio still not work.
In the other hand, i don't have any problem using Linux, the audio works correct by the hdmi.

Sorry for following-up on an old thread but... I'm curious to know if there is any documentation on the new features or fixes brought by the newer BIOS release ? What are the reasons for which someone would need to update their BIOS ?

Support of newer generations of CPUs.

Use RAID and external backups. RAID will protect you from disk failure, keep your system running, and data accessible while the disk is replaced, and the RAID rebuilt. Backups will allow you to recover data that is lost or corrupted, or from system failure. One does not replace the other.

Sorry, didn’t realize the CPU in those were not socketed.
