Hello everyone I have two maybe three problems. I just got TVS-h674 and was setting it with my settings and security futures. I change the default https ports etc. I turn on Q firewall and now Qfinder Pro can not locate my NAS. I try to manually type in the ip and port number and still no luck. This is happening on both my MAC and Windows. I looked for a factory reset button but I do not see one. This
1. Is there a factory reset button on the TVS-h674 and if it is where is it?
2. Is there another way to get to my NAS?

Update I located the reset button.

so if say you somehow accidentally locked yourself out of your nas, like you triggered ip block because you enter incorrect credentials too many times, OR you misconfigured your virtual network switch or qufirewall settings, then you can do a soft reset to make networking, password, and the firewall all default settings, and this would allow you back access to the nas (just remember to change settings like password etc after a soft reset)
A soft reset is 1 beep, holding the reset for about 3 seconds.
a lot of users here don't rely on using qfirewall for protection. Personally i disabled it.
what will protect you is your router firewall. This needs to be properly configured. Pfsense or opnsense is my recommendation for a nice router firewall
