Hello,

I am having the same issue, always Connecting message.
poupou_gogui, have you found a solution?
How did you get those detailled logs?
I don't know how to get them to see what is the issue on my NAS (TS 251+ on 4.3.3).

Thanks to all for your help,

Best,
Philippe

As per purevpn customer support email date 8/25/2018, they don't support openvpn settings on a qnap (would you believe it).

Use RAID and external backups. RAID will protect you from disk failure, keep your system running, and data accessible while the disk is replaced, and the RAID rebuilt. Backups will allow you to recover data that is lost or corrupted, or from system failure. One does not replace the other.
