tvs 1282t i7 m.2 ssd, 2.5'' ssd, and hdd configuration question?

My tvs 1282t i7 32gb ram qnap nas will be delivered on April 10th, so I'm trying to get everything in order for when it arrives. My question is if you have 2 samsung evo 850 5oogb m.2 sata ssd's, 4 5oogb samsung 2.5'' 850 evo ssd's and 8 3tb hgst 7200rpm hdd's. What the proper configuration? I'm thinking the 8 hdd's will put into raid 6 ( for higher failure tolerance). But the m.2 and 2.5'' ssd are the big question or if I even need the m.2 ssd's, and just run the 2.5'' ssd's as cache. I was thinking about using the m.2 for running os and qpkg, but read that that is not a good idea and may not even be possible. The nas's primary use will be plex trancoder for a maximum for 6 people 1080p, sabnzbd+, sonarr, radarr.

Sorry the the long winded post, first nas and feeling a little lost on the best way to going about setting it up. Thank you for your help.

2. M.2 cache Raid1
3. 8 3tb HDDs Raid6
