TS 231+ upgrade from 4.2.5 to 4.3.3 problem

Hello.
I've tried to upgrade my Qnap TS-231+ to the latest 4.3.3 version via web interface and it is failing with code fw999.
so i'd tried via ssh with the method described here http://lenjoubertblog.blogspot.co.il/20 ... grade.html
it fails too .

Update , the same process with 4.2.5 firmware works fine , tried again with 4.3.3 firm ware - the problem returns..

Edit: As per QNAP Customer Service rep, the NAS has be sent for repair.
