I have a brand new TS-1273U-RP. I have it connected to my network.
I can see it in the Q Finder but I need to access it via the IP with the default login password that is supposed to be:
Login: admin
Password: (the MAC 1 address o the unit)
I have tried this and it still says the user/pass is incorrect.
How can I gain access to my new unit?
First time setup, MAC 1 address not working for login password

Enter the MAC address without the dashes/hyphens and be mindful of uppercase letters.

Also I do not see any 'reset' button the unit at all. I wanted to see if that was an option.
I can't do anything with this unit without being able to log in some way. I any selection option I choose in the Q-Finder wants a login password.
It will not accept admin/admin or any variation o the MAC 1 address (i used the one printed on the back of the unit).

I've highlighted the reset button with a red square:movingzachb wrote: ↑Sat Jun 26, 2021 1:58 am Also I do not see any 'reset' button the unit at all. I wanted to see if that was an option.

Try the MAC address of another Ethernet port (MAC 2, 3, 4).
