This is setup as a RAID5 and I using Acronis to backup data from a server over our network through a switch.
I have had it working fine for about a month since we got it. We had a power outage a few days ago and I wonder if this may have
caused it but not certain. I have power cycled it, it shows the orange LAN activity on the power lamp - but the power light goes red shortly after booting up. All the drives show a green light.
I'm unable to get to the portal via the URL for the unit as well. Qfinder pro doesn't see it.
Looking for any suggestions anyone might have that would allow me to at least get into the portal or is something else wrong?
Just a solid red on the power light.
