hi, I recently bought a ts231p and I think it arrived bricked: I tried to follow the https://www.qnap.com/it-it/how-to/faq/ ... -based-nas firmwere recovery procedure but every time I try to configure it a blue screen is shown on the screen without any possibility of interaction. I hear every now and then, at regular intervals, the fan of the NAS that spins at maximum and then turns off. the nas is recognized by q finder

Why don’t you RMA it?
If it has some issue and you work around it, it may still fail in the future.
