HELP ON My QNAP 201 - Web Administrator Interface failed!!!

Post by ala_cool »

I have a wireless rounter from linksys. I use port forwarding to expose port 80, 6000 to internet. Then I can access my NAS from public internet. But several months later, the NAS web admin interface suddenly don't work. Nothing change!

I think that my NAS was hacked or crashed!

How can I do now?

1. I can telnet the NAS, access the web folders and the web albums.
2. In the telnet mode, I use ps -ef to see process list. The thttpd is there. But I use telnet 127.0.0.1 6000 to test the daemon. It restarted at once!

Without the web admin, I can not download anything in NAS now. And I can't change any configuration since web admin is the only admin interface for the NAS. Is there any way to restart the NAS fresh without WEB interface!!!!!

I need somebody help!!!! URGENT!!! My email is lihang99@hotmail.com
