As 6th gen 1282 required a bios update to support 7th gen chips, I'd have assumed that Xeon chips would also need a bios update but that is purely an assumption..

FYI: I have GPU Palit GTX 1660 SUPER GP OC installed in the NAS TVS-1282T3 and works very fine. This card has good performance and is silent - ideal solution.

What are you getting good performance with this card doing? Transcoding with Plex, perhaps? I am thus far unable to force my TVS-1282's iGPU to stop doing transcode duties for the native QNAP plex app and the Nvidia P2000 seems to sit unused even when set in QTS mode.

Well, I use GPU performance primarily for routing to VM, where I use Illustrator, Photoshop, edit 4K videos etc. and of course I play games on it (Diablo 3, Doom, Black Mesa, C&C 4K remastered etc.)

How did you guys install the NH-L12 ?? The screws to the socket don't fit... What standoffs do i need to buy? Wondering what you guys did. The Corsair H5-SF fit perfectly, but the Noctua has issues. I need to replace my Corsair since the pump died.
