LAN-10G2SF-MLX vs QXG-10G2SF-CX4

Hello, dear people of the forum,

I am about the buy one of these 2 cards and I want to connect them to my Qnap qsw 1208c switch. Does anyone know the actual difference between these 2 cards? So far I have only been able to find that the MLX uses the Mellanox ConnectX3 while the CX4 uses the ConnectX4 chip.

There aren't any real reviews online for the QXG-10G2SF-CX4 since it seems to be the newer model while there are plenty of reviews for the LAN-10G2SF-MLX. Wanted to ask the good people of the forum if they had any experience with one of the cards? I wanted to free one of the RJ45 ports (on the switch) I am currently using with the 10G1T card inside the NAS. The idea was to take out the card and put it inside a computer while populating the NAS with the new SPF+ card and then using one of the 4 additional non-combo ports of the switch.

Any idea on what would be the better/superior product of the 2 cards I listed?
