Remove QTS SSL Certificate app in 4.3.2?
I've been using 32-bit firmware for quite a while and always removed the QTS SSL Certificate app, since I'm not using QNAP commercial ceritifcates. When I upgrade to 4.3.2 beta I noticed that I can't remove it any longer - when clicking on the drop-down arrow of this app, nothing happens. Is this a bug or has this simply been limited in this firmware version?

I have seen this on my beta equipped NAS.
Can't explain why though.

Hello,
I had the same problem.
You must connect to your NAS in SSh and enter the following command :
setcfg QcloudSSLCertificate Sys_App 0 -f /etc/config/qpkg.conf
Now you can remove the app.

Re: Remove QTS SSL Certificate app in 4.3.2?
Thanks for this. I had reverted back to 4.2 after testing 4.3.2 and the SSL app was nolonger compatible (as I had to upgraded the app when I installed the beta) compatible. I had to remove the new version using this to be able to install the older version.

Tip works for my NAS with QTS 4.3.3 build 136.
However, when I reboot it is back again.
Somehow it appears to be reinstalled.

If even Microsoft (who are usually the last to do anything) are now doing this, why isn't QNAP?Microsoft wrote:Uninstalled in-box apps no longer automatically reinstall
Starting with Windows 10, version 1703, in-box apps that were uninstalled by the user won't automatically reinstall as part of the feature update installation process.
