Hello !
After last update of Qsync Central I cannot connect using my Qsync Client.
My Qsync Client is 4.2.2.0724
It was working with Qsync Central 2.0.x. I updated it to 3.0.0. Since then, when trying to log in with Qsync client I got the info:
The Qsync client is not compatible with the firmware of the NAS. Please upgrade the NAS firmware to version 4.0 or above.
NAS firmware is currently 4.3.3.0238 and there is no newer version on it.
Restarting the service doesn't work, I'm afraid there could be problem with other accounts when coming back to Qsync Central 2.0
What can be done more to fix this issue ?

Re: Qsync Updates issue
Did you try installing the latest QSync client from https://www.qnap.com/en/download under UTILTY for your OS?

Re: Qsync Updates issue
I'm having a similar issue after the update to version 3.0.2. All my client (which are up to date) display the message "connecting" but never do.

Re: Qsync Updates issue
I would suggest opening a helpdesk ticket with QNAP if you have updated your clients to the newest version.ERNP-1 wrote:I'm having a similar issue after the update to version 3.0.2. All my client (which are up to date) display the message "connecting" but never do.

Re: Qsync Updates issue
Until they are able to figure out what is happening I decided to downgrade to an older version (And it is working).
I got version 3.0.0 from https://www.qnap.com/en/app_center/

Re: Qsync Updates issue
Hello all, I do have exactly the same issue as ERNP-1. Since the upgrade to QSync V3.0.2 six days ago all my local QSync clients cannot get a connection to the NAS anymore.
I would be willing to downgrade if this is the only option at this stage, but I don't find an older version of QSync (V3.0.0 as mentioned by ERNP-1) any more, unfortunately.
NAS TS-251+, Firmware 4.3.3.0154.
Any hint appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Qsync Updates issue
FYI, QNAP support provided me with the V3.0.0 package. After manually downgrading it is working again.
Seems to be a bug in V3.0.2. I did not yet get any statements from QNAP support if this issue is known and will be solved with the next version.

Re: Qsync Updates issue
I had to click on QTS 4.3.0 for my QTS version to get QSYNC Central 3.0.0. Otherwise all you see is the
version 3.0.2 if you select QTS v 4.3.3 . I'm presently using QTS v 4.3.3.0262 Build 20170727.
Has anyone tried version 3.0.3 for QTS 4.3.4

Re: Qsync Updates issue
Hi,
Qsync starts working very slow after upgrade to the latest firmware 4.3.3.0361 Build 20171101 and Qsync Central 3.0.2.
I am looking to downgrade firmware which will let Qsync works as normal.
Please recommend or any hint will be appreciated. Thanks!
