QSYNC - sync to a subfolder in the NAS

Hi,
I want to sync to a subfolder under a shared folder in the NAS. But subfolders of the shared folder don't appear in the list of the Qsync program.
Is there any way to see the subfolders in Qsync program or am I missing something.
Operating system windows 7
QNAP: TS251+ firmware 4.3.3.0299
