Problem with Browser Station - view offset?

Hi,

somewhat new to using browser station, but have hit a problem.

It all opens OK, however, the browser 'window' display is offset so that I can't see the top or left hand side of the screen, here's what I am looking at:

if I then push F11 for full-screen it looks like this:

I'm assuming there's some setting for this?

it's hopeless, can't see the address bar, etc etc.

Extra info:

desktop browser I am using is Chrome, on a 4K display
