Thank you @banimeuk5 - have been flooded by message "denied amount reach the threshold" and not been able to gain access to QUFIREWALL to change the Alert Message Threshold. It was Chrome Brave blocking the tracker

it has auto blocked a 'tracker cookie' causing the loading bug.
Same on TS-230, this helped, thanks!

Same thing happening to me and can confirm that in Brave, turning off Shields for the NAS desktop fixed the issue.

Variation on a theme..................I had to disable Adblock Plus in my browser (Firefox) to be able to access QuFirewall. I was able to leave all the other (fairly tight) Firefox security settings unchanged.

Thanks @banimeuk5, disabling uBlock Origin solved the problem.
Besides disabling uBlock Origin, this problem seems to be worked around by adding a line like following in "My Filters" of uBlock Origin.

Code: Select all

@@/qufirewall/api/GeoIP?$xhr

Thank you, stranger. Turning off uBlock Origin for my NAS's IP has fixed the QuFirewall "Loading" issue for me too.

Thanks so much. I never would have guessed that uBlock Origin would be the cause of the problem.

It seems that this issue is fixed in QuFirewall 1.3.0.
