Hi,
I have been having issues with Boxafe, I set it up about a year ago, it used to work fine. Since day one i got a warning that the account it partially protected as 1-2 users could not be backed up and those may not be mailbox users. In the recent weeks, it got worse. The error log states that all accounts are not backed up but they do show up in logs and I am able to open recent emails for all accounts.
Can someone provide troubleshooting steps, log entries to review what's causing this behavior?
Firmware: 4.5.3.1670

I have the same problem for me it looks to be linked with the shared mailboxes that don't have Onedrive accounts since they don't have licences.
If anyone knows how to change the Boxafe settings so only selected items per user are backed up eg just mailbox I would like to know how to do this.
