I would take a serious look as to why you are running a VPN on your NAS. If at all possible, the best place to run a VPN is on your router. Most modern routers allow you to do this for free as part of the default firmware. This protects your entire network and all the devices within it and gives you remote/secure access to your entire LAN from remote.

The next best option is a standalone device such as a raspberry pi ($40).

I would go so far as to say that running the QVPN on your NAS potentially INCREASES your risk due to the secure holes withing QNAP and there current reputation in this area.

In addition there is a high risk that after next QTS update the service is in any way not working any longer as expected.
QNAP is great in doing such weird things.

VPN was working (user can access) but I cannot open the app QVPN Service 2: i got the error "n is undefined"
I unistall the application, restart my NAS and install again.
Same problem but now i don't have any VPN on my NAS.

The only place to properly protect your network is running the VPN on you router as it is the entry point into your network. Second best if to run it on a reputable device such as a raspberry pi. Are you seriously trusting qnap controlling access to your lan based on the track record and problems you are currently encountering?

If qvpn is broken, nobody here can help you. You need to contact QNAP support.

Every thing works fine but i don't know why.
I connect to my NAS by SSH, visite the configuration files /etc/config/openvpn/server.conf and /etc/openvpn/connect.sh, try to see /var/log/openvpn-status.log but the file is protected.
I have restart my NAS for the third time with Qnap Qfinder because i can't connect to the configuration page.
The only thing what i can tell you: when you remove app QvpnService, you don't lose your configuration and the VPN continues to work
My QTS version is always 5.0.1.2194, QVPN service always 2.4.746.
Strange !!!
