Hi:
I am trying to periodically backup some folders in my PC to my remote NAS through myQnapcloud or Cloudlink, but I find no way to do it. I do not want to sync because it would overload disk space on my PC (because of the sync folder) and I do not want to use Netbak Replicator type software, ftp or rsync because I am having deep trouble to get through the modem of my ISP provider. Is there a way out ?

What deep troubles do you have with your ISP ? Carrier Grade NAT ?
Setup a VPN and just use any backup program of your liking

My troubles are: the ip address is dynamic and I tried to turn off the firewall and open certain ports but it simply doesn't work. I tried for example with Syncrify.

dynamic IP shouldn't be an issue (that's what DDNS is for) you wouldn't be able to reach your network via Carrier Grade NAT though .. any hint what provider you have ?

I am not in the US or Canada so probably you will not know my ISP. The modem is Technicolor DPC3848VE and the router WRT160Nv3.

modem or router do net help in assessing if ISP using CGNAT or not ... if you are not willing to disclose your ISP, contact them yourself and inquire
