One Touch Copy no files transferred

Hi,

I've recently tried to use One Touch Copy with the front USB. No files are being transferred from USB to the NAS.

I have the EXFAT license. I've used a USB Reader with a Sandisk microsd card and Samsung T5.

I have HB3 Services - USB One Touch Copy set to Smart Import.

Upon clicking the front Copy button the device beeps - Event Notifications informs me that the job has started, finished and unmounts the drive.

It creates the Smart Import folder. But no files ever get transferred.

Can someone please help me out?

I see the same behaviour. 451+
I also configured as one-touch-copy and the files were transferred.
The smart-import just creates log entries , but no copy happens:

Also I did a search of the entire NAS for a file known to on USB ...it found a copy, but one I'd backup elsewhere in the NAS years ago.
