HBS3 sync job fails with encrypted file shares

Hello everyone.

I have been using HBS3 for a while without any problem. Since last week, all my sync jobs (local to local) which destination is an encrypted file share are failing. The error message I am getting is "Warning 2021-09-22 13:08:22 admin 127.0.0.1 Hybrid Backup Sync Job Status [Hybrid Backup Sync] Failed to complete Sync job: "Private docs". Bad job parameters. Check job settings. Attempting to retry. Error code: -22."

I have tried creating new sync jobs with different shares and the result is the same: it fails if the destination is an encrypted share. No problems at all with the other jobs.

I have just upgraded to QTS 5, perhaps that is the source of the problem.

Anyone having the same problem? Any ideas?

Solved. QTS 5 is not yet working with HBS3. Downgraded firmware and the job is running again.
