qdrive.sys remains after deleting windows user; how to delete?

After deleting a user in windows; i cannot completely delete the user folder, because qdrive.sys cannot be deleted. After using google it appears that qdrive.sys is related to netbak, but i'm not sure.

file location c:\users\<deleted user>\AppData\Local\Temp\qdrive.sys

When trying to delete windows gives a popup stating because the file is opened in another program.

Als when remove all qnap software (netbak) from my laptop the message remains,

I the registry i found an entry Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\QDrive where the image path refers to the location of the file.

I'm running on the latest version of Windows 10.

Does anyone has a suggestion if i can and how to remove the file; the user is not needed anymore on my PC. Can I savely remove de registry entry (is it obsolete?)?
