QTS Smart Installation system - Loss of Data - Reset?

Hello,
I have TS253A NAS installed with latest firmware 5.0.0.1853; Raid group 1 (two hard drives installed);
My nas was all working fine. This morning, we had a power cut and since then, I am unable to access my NSA.
Qfinder finds the NAS but as a brand new: It comes up with: "Welcome to the QTS Smart Installation system!" and asks me to start the installation. Please have a look at the screenshot.
Can somebody please suggest me does it mean I have lost all my data on the hard drives?
Can you please suggest me how to fix the issue?

My QNAP Details:
TS-253A
RAID: 1
Firmware version 2.2.2 (latest, I always update it within days of its release)
