HBS3 sync problems since QTS 5.x

Hello there,
i have a two very strange problems with HBS3 since upgrading to QTS 5.x

1) a remote-Sync-Job (rSync via QVPN/OpenVPN) that ran for years on QTS 4.x randomly crashes and freezes the whole system.
Qnap needs to be "turned off and on again"...

2) a local Sync-Job that works every day on an old device (about 10 year old TS-669L) was cloned for its replacement NAS (TS-hx973AX)...
It results in this:

The TS-hx973AX is running QuTS h4.5.4.1813 build 20211006, as i'm reluctant to upgrade to 5.x
