USB copy with the button, source problem

Hi all !
I would like create a function to copy the usb key files to the folder in the nas (in 4.3.3)
but the problem is than I haven't source choice possbility, it's empty ...
The key is visible on the nas and in filestation. I tryed to format the key directy from the nas, in ntsf and in fat2, no better :/
do you have an idea please ?

I *think* that key refers to the actual USB thumb stick being placed in the port.

Yes it's that, I plug my usb key on my NAS and I want to copy the files inside to a folder in my nas.
when I want parameter this, In the "source" Idon't see my usb key

other way to make this, because the function don't work
I have configure a job to synch a path from my usb key to a path in the nas, the job is plan all hours ...
you make sure than the job don't delete others files in the destination like a synch replication job
